What Tree is This?

I saw lots of these trees starting to bloom around Warren today… can anyone identify it?  I really don’t know. 

These two things were growing in my garden today. I know what they are.

    The bottom picture is Autumn Joy Sedum. I don’t know what the tree is. Is the middle picture..dog poop?

    You are correct on the bottom two… still seeking answers on the tree. I saw the second one sprouting out of my garden and kindly request the neighbors to take care of their pets!
